SHIPPING POLICY

At 2 Jewels, it's our goal to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible! All orders will ship within 1-5 business days from the day the item was purchased. Please note that we reserve the right to further verify any order's payment method, which may cause a delay in shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start working.

Please keep in mind, once we've handed off your order to the USPS, we are no longer responsible for your package. If you have questions about the location of your package while in transit, please contact the USPS at www.usps.com or call 1-800-ASK-USPS. Furthermore, we are not responsible for packages that have been marked "delivered" by the USPS. Please be sure you are shipping to a secure location. We also recommend checking with your family members and neighbors to make sure they did not receive it by mistake.

In addition, we cannot guarantee delivery times. There may be delays due to weather, holidays, etc.

    Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any USPS delays, and therefore we cannot issue refunds for any upgraded shipping fee paid by the customer.

    Customers are responsible for entering their correct shipping address. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to re-ship the order to you. If you've just placed an order and you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at Julie@littontravelandtreasures.com and we can get that fixed for you, as long as we haven't shipped the order yet.
