RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is easy.
Items purchased online that are in their original condition and original packaging which have not been used, laundered, or worn and still have their original tags may be exchanged for store credit only within 14 days from date of receipt. Original tags must still be attached. All exchanges must be accompanied by their original receipt of purchase. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Return process at-a-glance.
So you’re not thrilled with your order? Whatever the reason, simply return the item(s) within 14 days of purchase and we will exchange the items with in stock or special ordered merchandise or offer a gift card in the dollar amount that the item(s) purchased totaled. Just enclose the item(s) in a secure package and send with your receipt. 

Time needed for credit and return.
Please allow approximately 10 business days to process your exchange once it arrives at our shop. If you are exchanging or returning an item purchased for you as a gift, please contact 2 Jewels at (361) 242-9292 for instructions on receiving merchandise credit BEFORE sending the item(s) back! Items may only be exchanged for store credit.
